Advocate and Consultant Disability, Education and Inclusion.

Lifelong Pathways is an National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered service provider for Plan Management, Support Coordination and Coordination of Supports. We can assist families to maximise the outcomes from their NDIS plans, engage with service providers and minimise the ongoing paperwork and activities that are required for managing NDIS plans.

We also offer a wide range of person-centred consulting and advocacy services related to disability, education and inclusion.

Lifelong Pathways is available to provide its services to all areas of South Australia, including:

  • Adelaide (metro)
  • Adelaide Hills
  • Fleurieu Peninsula
  • Riverland
  • South East
  • Yorke and Eyre Peninsulas
  • Mid North
  • Far North

One of the reasons I started this business is that I have informally assisted families for several years. Since starting Lifelong Pathways we have helped families transition their child to the NDIS. We have also helped families submit internal reviews regarding decisions made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) with which they were not satisfied, resulting in a high number of successful outcomes for these families. We have also provided advice on inclusion in mainstream schools, education planning meetings and on how to navigate the process of getting a diagnosis for a child. The assistance offered by us is individualised for your family.
