About

Lifelong Pathways is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered service provider for Plan Management, Support Connection and Coordination of Supports. We can assist people to:

  • Understand and make the most out of their NDIS plans.
  • Engage with service providers.
  • Minimise the ongoing paperwork and activities which are required for managing NDIS plans.

Lifelong Pathways is available to provide its services to people who live in all states and mainland territories of Australia.

We have assisted with the submission of internal reviews of National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) decisions that individuals were not satisfied with. This has resulted in a high number of successful outcomes.

Charter of Rights

Lifelong Pathways also endorses the Charter of Rights for children and young people in care and detention. The Charter of Rights is an initiative of the Office of the Guardian for Children and Young People in South Australia. It outlines the rights of children and young people who are under the guardianship of the Chief Executive of the Department for Child Protection and is based on the United Nations Conventions on the Rights of the Child.
