Lifelong Pathways is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered service provider for Plan Management services. We can assist people to:
- Understand their NDIS plans.
- Manage payments to support providers.
- Monitor the spending from their NDIS plans.
- Minimise the ongoing paperwork and activities which are required for managing NDIS plans.
Lifelong Pathways is available to provide its services to people who live in all states and mainland territories of Australia.
Charter of Rights
Lifelong Pathways also endorses the Charter of Rights for children and young people in care and detention. The Charter of Rights is an initiative of the Office of the Guardian for Children and Young People in South Australia. It outlines the rights of children and young people who are under the guardianship of the Chief Executive of the Department for Child Protection and is based on the United Nations Conventions on the Rights of the Child.
